Foursquare 14 Year Old Mark XIX 'Sovereignty' Single Blended Rum Dalwhinnie The aging process in charredA blend of two distinct 14 year Aged Single Blended Rums, consisting of both Artisanal Pot and Traditional Twin Column Coffey distilled molasses rums. One rum was matured for 14 years entirely in Ex Bourbon barrels, the second, matured for 3 years in Ex Bourbon barrels then aged for an additional 11 years in Ex Oloroso Sherry Casks. All aging, blending and bottling occurring entirely on site, at Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados.
